Si Manuel D. Baldemor ay kinikilala sa sirkulo ng sining sa Pilipinas na nakapag-ambag nang malaki sa sining biswal. Isinilang siya noong 1947 sa Paete, Laguna, Pilipinas, at kasalukuyan ngayong naninirahan sa Manggahan, Lungsod Pasig. Si Baldemor ay iginagalang na pintor, eskultor, printmaker, graphic designer, manunulat, at ilustrador ng mga aklat.
