Si Manny Pacquiao ay isang propesyonal na Filipinong boksingero at pulitiko. Pandaigdigang kampiyon siya ng walong dibisyon sa boksing (eight-division world champion), ang unang buksingero sa kasaysayan na nanalo ng sampung pandaigdigang titulo (10 world titles), at ang unang nanalo sa walang dibisyon ng timbang (weight divisions). Binansagan siyang “Fighter of the Decade” ('Manlalaban ng Dekada') para sa 2000's ng Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA).
