Ang Kagawaran ng Kalakalan at Industriya o Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) ay ang kagawarang tagapagpaganap ng pamahalaan ng Pilipinas na may tungkuling makipag-ugnayan sa lahat ng gawain ng pamahalaan na may kinalaman sa kalakalan, industriya at pamumuhunan. Tungkulin nitong gumawa ng isang kapaligirang kaaya-aya para sa negosyo na maaaring lumago at suportahan ang tapat at masiglang kalakalan ng mga produkto at serbisyo sa loob at labas man ng bansa. Kasalukuyan itong pinamumunuan ni Kalihim Gregory Domingo.

Noong 23 Hunyo 1898, ginawa ni Pangulong Emilio Aguinaldo ang apat na ahensya ng pamahalaan: ang Kagawaran ng Hukbong-Dagat, Komersyo, Paggawa at Agrikultura.

Taong 1901 naman nang buuin ng Komisyon ng Pilipinas ang Kagawaran ng Komersyo at Kapulisan.

Noong 5 Disyembre 1932, itinalaga ng Philippine Legislature Act 4007 ang Kawanihan ng Komersyo na paunlarin at palawigin ang kalakalan at industriya ng Pilipinas sa ilalim ng Kagawaran ng Agrikultura at Komersyo.

Matapos ang Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig, inilabas ni Pangulong Manuel Roxas ang Executive Order 94 na nagbubuo sa Kagawaran ng Komersyo at Industriya. Itinalaga niya si Cornelio Balmaceda, isang guro sa Ekonomiks at Direktor ng BOC, bilang kalihim.

Taong 1974 nang buuin ang Kagawaran ng Industriya sa bisa ng PD 488 na inilabas ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos. Gayundin, makalipas ang isang taon, binuo ang Kagawaran ng Kalakalan upang palakasin ang pagpapaunlad sa sosyo-ekonomiko ng Pilipinas.

Upang palawigin ang kalakalan sa labas ng bansa, binuo ang Ministeryo ng Kalakalan at Industriya noong 27 Hulyo 1981.

Nang maluklok si Pangulong Corazon Aquino, ibinalik ang Kagawaran ng Kalakalan at Industriya sa bisa ng Executive Order 133.
